The Nintendo booth at this year’s Gamescom have a copy of the Metroid: Samus Returns Legacy Edition on display, including some of its contents, which some European fans will be able to get their hands on in just a few weeks time.
The Legacy Edition includes a Morph Ball keychain, steel tin, Screw Attack pin badge, art book, a download code for the original Metroid II: Return of Samus game from the Nintendo eShop and a twenty-five-track “Samus Archives” soundtrack, which we have noticed has had its front cover redesigned for release.
UPDATE: We now have some high quality photographs of the collection which can be found here.
For those of you who would like to get your hands on the Legacy Edition, you will have to remain eagle-eyed in the hope of obtaining a copy, as copies have sold out fast throughout Europe.
We reported earlier today that on Thursday at 11:00 GMT, Metroid: Samus Returns producer Yoshio Sakamoto and MercurySteam creative director José Luis Márquez will take part in a live show from the Nintendo booth at Gamescom, to present new details on Samus Aran’s upcoming Nintendo 3DS adventure.
